First visits are unhurried by design. Your doctor reviews your history, your goals, and any records you share before any plan is made. The team confirms the exact length when you book: (949) 464-4770.
Who will I see at my first visit?
You will see one of Ashara's three doctors, matched to the concern that brings you in: Dr. Davis Francis NMD, Dr. Alexis Francis ND, LAc, or Dr. Klea Doko ND.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. Virtual visits are booked and held through the Jane app. In-person care happens at our Newport Beach office. We do not travel to patients.
Should I send medical records beforehand?
Yes. Recent labs and relevant history sent ahead let your doctor arrive prepared, so your first conversation starts from what is already known.
Will labs be ordered at the first visit?
Testing follows the conversation, not the other way around. If diagnostics are appropriate, your doctor orders them after your history is understood. Blood draws are done here in our Newport Beach office.

What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Saturday by appointment. Sunday closed.
