Eastern Medicine at Ashara

A different way to read the whole picture.

Traditional Chinese Medicine considers symptoms as connected information rather than isolated events. Your history, constitution, pulse, nervous system, circulation, and present concerns are evaluated together to identify a clinical pattern. Acupuncture, herbs, and other recommendations are then considered within a whole-person, doctor-guided plan.

Pattern diagnosis

The pulse adds another layer of information.

A symptom can mean different things in different people. Pattern diagnosis looks at how your concerns relate to each other: when they began, what changes them, what appears alongside them, and how the body responds over time. Pulse assessment is one part of that broader evaluation; no single observation stands alone. The purpose is not mysticism. It is a structured way to place symptoms in context.

What we offer

The modalities we practice.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a complete system of care. Which of these is appropriate for you, alone or alongside the rest of your Ashara plan, is determined at your evaluation.

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes and begin with a full intake rooted in TCM principles.

Nothing complicated
