This policy covers this website. It explains what we collect when you browse the site, fill in a form, or subscribe to our newsletter, and what we do with it.
Your medical record is a separate matter, held in our clinical system and governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices. Information you send through this website is not your medical record, and we ask you not to send medical details through website forms.
Information you give us. When you submit a consultation request or a corporate enquiry: your name, email address, telephone number, the service category you selected, anything you choose to write in the message box, and for corporate enquiries your company name, role, and team size. When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server records such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. If you arrived from an advertisement or a search, we also record the campaign identifiers carried in that link, so we know which sources bring people to us.
What we do not collect through this website. We do not ask for, and you should not send, Social Security numbers, insurance identifiers, test results, diagnoses, or medical history through any form on this site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We use established service providers to run the practice. They may process your information only to provide their service to us:
If we add advertising or analytics services in future, this policy will be updated to name them before those services collect anything from you.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the practice.
Our website uses a small amount of browser storage to remember how you arrived at the site during your visit, so the enquiry you submit can be attributed to the right source. Embedded content, such as our map, may set its own cookies under its provider’s terms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Access and deletion. Contact us and we will help. Note that we cannot delete information we are required to keep, including medical records, which are retained under California law.
California residents may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law you may also ask whether we shared personal information for others’ direct marketing. We do not.
Protected health information is excluded from these requests, because it is governed by HIPAA and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act instead.
To make a request, email hello@ashara.health or call (949) 464-4770. We will verify your identity before acting.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and choose service providers who do the same. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive medical information through this website.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to meet our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Where care is provided to a patient under 18, information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable California law, and a parent or guardian is involved as the law requires. If you believe a child has given us information through this website, contact us and we will remove it.
If we change this policy we will post the revised version here with a new date. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@ashara.health, (949) 464-4770, or 3 Upper Newport Plaza Drive, Floor 1, Newport Beach, CA 92660.
